Our Client - The British Blind & Shutter Association Show

The British Blind & Shutter Association Show is a three-day exhibition dedicated to providing useful insights for industry professionals who buy, sell, manufacture or design blinds, shutters and awnings.

JET has worked with BBSA since 2015 and also supported the event in 2018, 2022 and 2024. The 2024 event at the Coventry Building Society Arena brought together over 70 exhibitors and was set to welcome nearly 3,000 visitors over three days.

The Solution: A Seamless Event Registration Experience

Since working with BBSA in 2015, JET has provided registration solutions including forms, badging and lead capture services, giving the events team everything they need to keep registration structured, organised and stress-free for attendees.

Customer service is central to the delivery. JET's onsite operations managers and event staff provide hands-on support so every part of the registration process runs smoothly and organisers can focus on visitors, exhibitors and the event itself.
